Our Commitment to You

Look, we get it. Money matters, especially when you're working on getting your finances in order. That's why we've designed our refund policy to be straightforward and fair.

We want you to feel confident in your decision to work with tavionkarex. If something doesn't work out as expected, we'll work with you to find a solution. Sometimes that means a refund, sometimes it means adjusting our approach together.

When Refunds Apply

Service Issues

If we haven't delivered the services as described in your agreement, or if there's been a significant delay on our end that wasn't communicated properly, you may qualify for a full or partial refund.

Technical Problems

When technical issues on our platform prevent you from accessing your account or tools for more than 48 hours, and we can't resolve them quickly, we'll issue a prorated refund for the affected period.

Early Cancellation

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled anytime, though refunds for the current month aren't typically provided. Annual plans may qualify for a partial refund if cancelled within the first 30 days.

Billing Errors

If you've been charged incorrectly or twice by accident, we'll fix that immediately and refund the incorrect amount. No questions asked.

Review Process

We'll look at your account history, check what happened, and make a decision. Most refund requests are reviewed within two business days. Complex cases might take up to five days.

Once approved, refunds are processed immediately. How long it takes to hit your account depends on your bank or payment provider, but it's usually between 5 and 10 business days.

Common Refund Situations

Changed Your Mind Within 14 Days

If you've signed up but haven't really used the service yet, and it's been less than 14 days, you're likely eligible for a full refund. This applies to most of our subscription services.

Duplicate Charges

Payment systems occasionally hiccup. If you see the same charge twice, contact us straight away. We'll verify the duplicate and refund it within 24 hours of confirmation.

Service Not as Described

If what you received doesn't match what we promised in our service description, let us know. We'll either work to deliver what was agreed upon or provide a refund if we can't meet those expectations.

Cancelled Before Renewal

Cancelled your subscription before the next billing cycle? Good news – you won't be charged again. Your service continues until the end of the paid period, then stops automatically.

Unused Consultation Credits

For packages that include one-on-one consultations, unused credits can be refunded within 90 days of purchase if you haven't used more than 25% of the package.

Refund Methods & Processing Times

Credit Card

Refunded to the original card. Typically appears in 5-7 business days, though some banks take up to 10.

Debit Card

Returns to your debit card within 5-10 business days. The exact timing depends on your financial institution.

Bank Transfer

Direct bank refunds usually process within 3-5 business days once approved. You'll need to provide current account details.

Digital Wallets

PayPal and similar services typically receive refunds within 24-48 hours after we process them on our end.

Important Things to Know

  • Refund requests need to be made within 60 days of the original purchase date. After that, we can't guarantee we'll be able to help.
  • Promotional or discounted services have different refund terms. Check the specific promotion details or ask us before purchasing.
  • One-time setup fees are generally non-refundable once the work has been completed, though we'll always try to work something out if there's an issue.
  • Custom financial planning work that's already been delivered can't be refunded, but we'll revise it until you're satisfied with the results.
  • If you've violated our terms of service, refund eligibility may be affected. We'll review each case individually.
  • Refunds are issued in Australian dollars (AUD). If you paid in another currency, exchange rate fluctuations might mean the refund amount differs slightly from what you paid.
